Mix-a-lot of course
This is the guy that started that flossin shit in the rap game. Not with no rental cars and shit tho, those were his real lambos and testarossas.
He was also WAY ahead of his time, most notably in the song Cake Boy, which is even more timely than ever in the present day. This along with Swap Meet Louis, whether you agree with it or not (I got nothin against people gettin their hustle on or rockin fake shit, but I personally'll be honest with a homie if they call me out on it)also make Mix A Lot a top contender in my Funniest Rapper Blog.
